Carrier

Orders are shipped from Vienna with the Austrian Post or other suitable services depending on the destination. All orders are tracked.

Packaging

Every order is carefully shipped in protective packaging. The figure travels in the Warum? fabric bag, with a postcard, a brand card and a leaflet. We use simple, safe packaging materials to protect the product during transport.

Outside the EU, customs fees, import taxes or other charges may apply. These are paid by the recipient.
