The characters are made mostly of cotton yarn. The filling is hypoallergenic polyester fibre; some models have small safety eyes.

Hand wash in cold water with mild soap. Do not put in the washing machine or dryer. Dry flat.

Yes. Some characters can be personalised by colour, detail or available combinations.

Personalisation can include colour variations or small adjustments, depending on availability. Production time may be longer depending on the order.

Every character arrives in a reusable Warum? fabric bag, together with a postcard, a brand card and an information leaflet. The packaging is part of the Warum? experience and is meant to accompany the piece from the very beginning.

Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt, provided the piece is unused and in good condition. Personalised products cannot be returned.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, except in the case of an error or a production defect.
